Structural empowerment and mental health in healthcare professionals: The role of civility

چکیده
Quality of the work environment is a factor that promotes workers’ mental health and it’s present concern for European Agency Safety Health at Work. There need to understand factors can promote better under which circumstances structural empowerment represents working allows development, low rates incivility positive effects on health. The study aims verify in conditions has effect health, through mediating role civility. To purpose, we have applied Portuguese versions WCS, CWEQ-II scale from MOS SF-36v2 sample 303 care professionals public-private hospital located Greater Lisbon. results this reveal direct both workplace However, indirect civility only effective with longer tenure.
